I recently purchased this 200g pack of Tata Sampann makhana and have been quite impressed with the quality. The foxnuts are large, uniformly sized, and have a nice crunch to them when roasted. What I particularly appreciate is the high protein content - it makes for a guilt-free snacking option, especially during my evening tea time. The freshness is evident from the crisp texture. I've tried using these for both regular snacking and during fasting days, and they work perfectly for both purposes. When lightly roasted with a pinch of salt or some spices, they make an excellent healthy alternative to chips or other fried snacks. I've also used them for prasadam during pujas, and they've been well-received by family members. The packaging is decent and keeps the makhana fresh. The 200g quantity is just right for a household of 3-4 people for about a week of moderate snacking. Price-wise, it's reasonable considering it's a branded product with good quality assurance.
