I've always been quite curious as to how Chamomile Tea tasted, especially since I'd first heard of it. And TE-A-ME sure didn't disappoint! The aroma and flavor is subtle and not too strong so it goes easy on your senses and does it's job well! However, I had 1 extra flavour tea bag missing but all the other mentioned quantity was there, so that's okay. I'd say this would be a good buy for you to relieve stress and have a good night's sleep.

I bought it for helping me to sleep fast. It doesn't work for me. Some others it find it useful.i am using it as an alternative to sugary tea. Healthy alternative.

Chamomile Tea is perfect for relaxation after a long day. The taste is mild, smooth, and very soothing. It really helps in calming the mind and improving sleep quality. Tea bags are convenient and good quality. Highly recommended for stress relief and bedtime routine.

Good quality chamomile tea. Perfect for winters and diet. Feel calm and refreshed after taking it. Simple packaging. Easy to make. Taste is good. Worth buying. Value for money.
