This Hand Balm in Dewberry is a customer favorite scent from the 1990's that was finally brought back after 24 years of being discontinued. It was reformulated for the new launch to pass regulations, but the scent itself remains the same. I never got to experience this scent, but judging from the scent profile, I think I'll really like it: • Top notes: dewberry, green leaves, eucalpytus • Heart notes: jasmine, fressia, white lily • Base notes: cedarwood, soft musk The instructions say to use a pea sized amount, but that isn't enough and I have small hands. I use 2 pea sized amounts, which is barely enough to cover my hands. The best part about this hand balm besides the yummy, fruity/green/floral smell is that it isn't greasy like some hand creams. It's supposed to keep hands moisturized for 96 hours, but that's way too long to go without washing my hands so I can't say that it actually lasts that long. I wash my hands a lot though, and this has kept them from getting dried out. The Dewberry scent fades after awhile, so if you're getting this for the scent hoping it'll last awhile, you might want to get the fragrance mist instead. Although it's a small tube, using only 2 pea sized amounts at a time will make it last longer. I wish it came in a bigger tube that was 2.5-3 oz. and made out of recycled material instead of metal. It's still in the average price range for a mid-range hand balm or cream. Plus, the Dewberry scent is exclusive to the brand. That's why it's a good value for your money. I 100% recommend this Hand Balm in Dewberry.

I actually have used products from this brand before and I wasn't disappointed. I loved the scent of this and it's so moisturizing and makes my hands so soft. Dare I say a favorite hand lotion. The cream to me is a thick butter and absorbs well not leaving hands greasy once absorbed. I will note this did arrive in bubble wrap envelope without sealed box or seal on tube and tube was bent in shipping but did not leak. I dont recall a seal on last tube I used but was included in a box set. I like this brand and cream a lot so I used it anyway even though it was unsealed. Great cream and trusted brand.

I bought this as a gift for my daughter and she absolutely loved it. The scent is divine and the product is creamy and rich. It's hard not to love this product. I highly recommend.

This is easily the best vegan hand balm that I've ever used! It does not have that weird oily or waxy feeling that they sometimes have and it actually sinks in really well! It starts out very thick but the second it starts warming up into your skin it just melts in and totally moisturizes your hands! I am not vegan but I do appreciate the fact that many of the body shops products are including this particular hand cream. It's also a giant plus that this company does not do any animal testing and one of the reasons why I've purchased from them for so many years! This product is currently $12 for a 1 oz tube which sounds like a lot but you would be surprised how long this tube will last! Unless you're slathering this all over your whole body, it'll last you a long time! You only need a tiny amount like the size of a pee and that amount actually will spread across both your hands to fully moisturize them. The scent on this one is called Dewberry. If you're not familiar with drewberries they're a lot like blackberries, which perfectly explains the beautiful purple color of this lotion! It has a fruity, berry like scent to it. It's very sweet smelling but I can't quite describe exactly which berry it smells like, but it definitely smells like real fruit! The Body Shop themselves call this a fruity floral scent but I don't notice any florals personally. I don't particularly like florals so this is a good thing for me! I would definitely notice if it had a flowery scent. I love the fact that it is a beautiful purple color. Obviously when you rub it into your hands you don't see the purple anymore but the lotion is very pretty. This container is the perfect size to toss in your purse and that's exactly where mine lives! I take it with me everywhere because I do not like being without it especially this time of year when some days I'm going from being inside heated buildings to outside in cold air and then other days it's perfectly warm outside yet you're still dealing with arid furnace air indoors. That stuff dries your skin out a lot! This hand balm has been so useful these last few weeks! I will definitely be buying more of this as soon as it runs out!
