I used this product because my oil barrier got damaged by bathing in hot water in winter, ceramide is best for skin repair.

I ordered this product on April 25th and wanted to give it some time before writing a review, so here are my thoughts after two months of use. Initially, the product seemed promising. For the first 5 to 6 days, it worked really well, and I was quite pleased with the results. However, things quickly took a turn for the worse. In a 50g container, I received only about 5g of actual product. The rest was just air, which was extremely disappointing and felt like a blatant rip-off. After the first few days, every time I pressed the lid to dispense the cream, all I got was air. This not only made it impossible to use the product but also made me feel like I wasted my money. Overall, my experience with this product has been frustrating and disappointing. I expected honest quantity. I would not recommend this product to others based on my experience.

Love this moisturiser not sticky at all feels light weight and keeps skin moisturised for long hrs great value for money paid I use like a third part of my finger to measure the moisturiser and it absorbs in seconds

I have combination skin (oily in the T-zone and dry around the jawline). I used The Derma Co 4% Ceramide Barrier Repair Moisturizer at night. Within about 30 seconds of applying it, I felt stinging and mild itching, especially on my forehead and around the nose area. Small bumps and slight swelling also appeared. After about 1–2 hours I washed my face, and when I looked in the mirror my entire face looked darker and dull, not just one area. The dark/dull appearance was visible across the whole face. The texture of the cream is lightweight and spreads easily, but it did not suit my skin. People with sensitive or combination skin should do a patch test first before applying it on the full face. Sharing my experience so others can be careful.

This cream saved me. I use tretinoin and my skin gets really compromised so i bought requil barrier cream but it gave me so bad closed comedons. So i switched to this and its not oily but a little sticky which goes away later. It didn’t clogged my pores. Although it does stings when applied on my damaged skin but its for only 2 mins and it WORKS SO WELL TO REPAIR MY SKIN ON TRET. Although my skin still peels as it is gel based moisturisor but at aleast I’m not getting irritated skin and CC. There’s a chemical smell though but ig it’s fine because it truly works wonders. I won’t recommend it for oily skin and also not for extremely dry skin. But definitely buy it if you have compromised skin barrier and get acne on dry skin.
