You get a sever cough after you sprinkle it on any warm food or snack. Although its mentioned on the package it self, if sprinkle on cold food. But you still get a cough even if the food is warm. I sprinkled it on a popcorn. My kids got a sever cough

The taste is good. However, the packaging should be easier to use. Once it is opened, the product becomes a solid block and is no longer in powder form, making it difficult to use.
