I enjoy the flavor of this coffee, but there is a significant issue with the coffee bags. Two out of the five coffee bags were not properly sealed, requiring me to wrap them inside other filters to prevent drinking ground powder. This had never happed before with other brands. I won't buy this product again until they fix this problem.

Product was poorly packet. The outer packaging was torn and the amazon bag was also torn. Coffee made was not as usual, it was quite a bizzare smell and taste. Not sure if this was a tampered product!!

Easy cold brew. I like my coffee strong, so I keep one pouch in about 750-800ml of water in the fridge for 48 hours. The coffee lasts me 4-5 days and has good body and aroma. I like Third Wave coffee in any case.
