    It's a nice flour, especially for beginners. Easy to stretch. Probably has (added?) more gluten than other brands. However not very tasty, has a bit bland taste. If you want a super stretchy dough buy this. The price is also 1.5x more than the other brands. One star less for the taste and another less for the price.

    The only true 00 flour available in Indian market. Most other 00 flour brands who claim 12.5% protein are total frauds. I consistently go for 85% hydration Pizza dough and this flour takes it like a champ! Thoroughly Impressed!

    Good stretchability and high hydration flour. It's a bit expensive though. The pizza texture comes out great. A lot of air pockets and fluffiness. The aroma of the baked pizza is something that stays with you for long.

    The flour is very good. If you want to make pizza, the cost of one thing is a little higher but when a good pizza comes out, the cost seems worth it.

    Price is slightly on the higher side but it's worth it. Tip: sprinkle a little semolina (rava) on the sides to give it the crisp texture. No other flour i have found beats this is protein %
