Product seems to be alright but there is a variation in it's price. The M.R.P. printed on the packet is Rs 350 but the price charged is Rs 475.

Adding hot water to 2 spoonfuls of this powder gives us a quick warm and nutritious drink. If we want to a gravy like consistency, more powder needs to be added. Likewise we can use this semi ground powder to any of our food items for nutrition and taste

I recently tried the Urban Platter Whole Ground Flax Seed Flour, and the taste wasn’t particularly pleasant to me. The natural, earthy flavour feels a bit strong, especially when mixed directly into food, but I understand this is the genuine taste of cold-milled flaxseed, so it seems unavoidable. I tried adding it to my smoothies, yet the flavour still stood out more than I expected. In baking, it blends slightly better, though the aftertaste remains noticeable. Despite the taste, I appreciate the product’s pure and natural quality. The texture is fine and mixes easily with most recipes. From my research, the health benefits of flaxseed are truly impressive—especially for digestion and heart health. So I’m continuing to use it mainly for its nutritional value rather than its taste. Overall, it’s a powerful health product, even if not particularly pleasant to my palate.

Usually I use the ground flax seed in my morning Oates and my daughters usually bring it withem from usa. I bought for the first time here and quality is equally good.
