Darjeeling is the worlds most celebrated tea growing region, which is
popularly known as the Champagne of Tea. However, 5 times more Darjeeling tea
is sold across the world than it is actually produced in the select 87 tea
estates in the north-eastern state of West Bengal in India. Implying that
most of the Darjeeling Tea available across the world is impure and blended
with cheaper tea from other regions. All Vahdam Darjeeling tea are procured
directly from the plantations at the source and certified to be 100% pure by
the Tea Board of India under the specific CTM License. It can be brewed hot
and also, like ice tea.
