After 3 months I finally managed to upgrade from 14mm to 16mm. I am keeping a blog and here are some tips. 1. The instructions say to only wear the rings for 40 minutes, but I wore them for 12 hours per day (or at night time). After those 12 hours be sure to clean ring and your body well! 2. It is a bit of a shame that there are no ring sizes in between, for example I am missing the 15mm ring to make the upgrade time shorter. The box includes a massive 36 mm ring that probably contains enough material for the manufacturer to create odd-numbered ring sizes. A 15mm ring would mean (perhaps) that a user wouldn't need to wait the full 3 months (and give up) but can see progress faster. For 15mm I actually rigged my own ring made from a Gardena hose pipe connector (I don't necessarily recommend this). 3. Especially before upgrading I recommend to expose for glans for some hours at a time (if possible) without the ring as this is also a stretching exercise (and what the whole treatment is about actually). 4. Don't use a ring if it is problematic to insert or painful when forced in. 5. I reckon after a year I will be able to finally finish the treatment (+2 mm every 3 months) 5. Hat super geholfen. Viele Verschiedene Größen zur Verfügung. Es dauert seine Zeit aber es funktioniert. Im Abstand von 2-3 Wochen den Ring getauscht und immer ein paar mm vergrößern und es kam zum perfekten Ergebnis. Ich war froh das man so eine Operation umgehen konnte. Material der Ringe ist aus weichem Silikon die Zange habe ich nie gebraucht, es ging auch so gut zum einsetzen. Dann immer schön mit dem Cocosöl einreiben und danach habe ich noch die Creme drauf getan und bin so zu einem guten Ergebnis gekommen. Also bevor es zur OP kommt, würde ich erstmal jedem diese Variante empfehlen. Von mir volle 5 Sterne! PS: Anleitung nur auf Englisch

Cons: 1. (one star reduction) lacks 1mm difference (causing too much streching lengths about 6.29mm per ring), skin can't take it. 2. (one star reduction) lacks proper options, don't need cream (coconut oil is efficient lubricant, moisturizer and ointment) 3. (one star reduction) lacks proper pairing of rings, don't need a whole 2000-2500 INR kit when progressing per 2mm taking 5 days (probably 1000 INR for 90 days, 12x2=24mm of progression) 4. Need dropper bottle of oil, kinda hate to touch geneitals to spread oil, 5. instructions are not noticiable but complete, recommend to read them clearly. Pros: 1. Generic, about streching foreskin, so no need of prescriptions. 2. Rings of enough flexibility and rigidity, though for folded insertions they slip.

Great for phimosis it's effective easy to use and soft material rings . They have also given a guide to show us how to use it . Can prefer this instead of surgery or anything.

This is the perfect product for treating your phimosis. You just need to be consistent on using this product and use it according to your situation. With trial and error, select the size that's fit you, not too tight not too loose and wear it during the night and after that use the cream, its magical!! (User guide will be there read and follow it carefully for best results) I started with the ring 6mm on Jan and by today i.e, June, I am already at 14mm and gonna upgrade to 16mm soon!! So buy this now and treat ur phimosis and improve ur life. I am very happy I invested my money on it, worth product. Totally satisfied!!
