This is really a very good product, broken Rice(Idly rava granules) using which you can very well prepare delicious varities of Rice upmas,Kichidis, pidi kolukattai etc followed by, the same broken idly rava granules could be utilized as an alternate for idly batter, when you already have Dosa batter with you in hand, need not separately grind idly batter, this granules itself could be added to the Dosa batter after grinding the same granules a bit by adding a meagre volume of water to it.
