I have been using these guiltfree bars since a year now and use it mainly for my evening office commute. Try to compliment my protien intake and it tastes good. Better than any chocolate bar offering which is high in calories. The brand trust is high with ITC taking over makes it more impactful.

This protein bars are rich in protein and energy; I tried this protein bars after my friend suggested me, I am very surprised by the taste and size of the protein bar I didn’t expected this big the price is worthy for the taste.in this box there are various variety of flavours since I like Choco and coffee most, I ordered this variant. The coffee flavour is rich in caffeine and there is not even mild sweetness observed while eating.it is best practice to eat after workout to gain energy quickly. The coffee lovers may like this flavour more than others. The Choco peanut flavour is mild blowing with equal ratio of chocolate and peanut flavours entangling in the mouth even after completed eating. I very satisfied worthy for the price.
