Does not dissolve completely in cold milk even after putting in mixer.

Sugar content is higher, not directly mentioned in the pics in Amazon, but after purchase you can see the amount of sugar which is higher for consumption. I would recommend to add only small amount each glass. Taste wise okay, lot of almonds.

Tasty mix to blend with milk to get a flavoured milk. So refreshing and catching sleep within 5-10 mins instantaneously. I recommend this use it just before hitting onto the bed after supper. So soothing and relishing taste. Even those who struggle to have plain milk due to various reasons can try this powder. It's a bit costlier than other branded protein powders but yeah justifiable due to its taste and flavouring combination. Ingredients include crushed flakes of Kesar, badam, pista, cashew, cardamom and pepper making the flavour commendable. It's not just for kids but for all age groups.

I like this kesar badam pista mixture. I am using it with in lukewarm milk. It is really very tasty. You can dry to eat it. And, given the high refreshment and strength in your body. Highly suggest that the gym person and the normal person. Very nutritious drink mixture You have try once.👌🏼
