This thoughtfully curated combination creates a harmonious spice blend that elevates the taste of your dishes. Directions for Use: Enhance your culinary creations with Adukale Menthya Hittu using these simple steps: Extract the juice from about 30 gms of Tamarind (approximately the size of a medium lemon) in 100 ml of water. Add 100 gms of Adukale Menthya Hittu to the tamarind juice, ensuring there are no lumps. Mix in Jaggery and Salt to your taste, stirring until the Jaggery dissolves completely. Slowly add another 100 ml of water to the mixture. Prepare a tempering of ½ tsp Mustard and 3-4 pieces of dried red chilies in 1 tsp of Cooking Oil. Add the tempering to the mixture, and your Menthya Hittu Gojju is ready. Ideal to serve with Chappati, Poori, Curd Rice, or Hot Rice.
