Soft Wheat Flour Type “00” also known as doppio zero flour or 00
flour, this versatile soft wheat flour is traditionally used in Italy for
specially making Pizza and also used for home-made pasta, gnocchi, ciabatta
bread and pastry. The Casillo soft wheat flour type’00’ is produced from the
finest North Italian Soft Wheat.
It’s vegan, 100% natural and preservative free.
