I like it's flavour & the colour it gives to the tea...making the tea look rich & presentable, besides being tasty...However, this time the bare paper evelop packing was not enough to protect the box container which collapsed. Packing should be proper for it to reach the customer safely. Right now, without packing material the beautiful box is getting collapsed, rendering them unusable.

Yeesss...it might be a Darjiling tea...but vEry simple quality. Flavour is plain...taste as well. But the positive things - they didn't add artificial darjiling tea flavour. Thanks for your honesty.
