I received this packet of Chhole Masala today (May 4) and it shows a date of manufacturing of Sep 2016, and date of expiry of Sep 2018. So it is almost 2 years old and expires in 4 months.

This assorted spice mix doesn't really blend in with the gravy. To get the best taste, always add this powder towards the end of your cooking for about 2 minutes.
