One of our family members developed a sever scent allergy this year and the kids shampoo we were using was getting him. We went on a hunt for an unscented fragrance free alternative and found the unscented Fresh Monster here on Amazon. We've been using it for a few months now on a 6 year old and a now 9 month old as our shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It's working great. I try hard to keep water and shampoo off the baby's face when I rinse but sometimes it gets away from me and she doesn't mind at all when it all runs down her face in a sudsy flood. It doesn't seem to irritate her eyes. It rinses clean and leaves the kids smelling clean but not perfumed. We've had zero skin problems with it. I used it when we went on vacation as a body wash and hand soap (it travels well because you can screw the pump back down to close it) and it worked fine for me as well. We don't have any long hair yet, so can't speak to serious conditioning or detangling for long haired kids but outside of that, it's meeting our needs 100%.

Really good product. I purchased this because my daughter was having unexplained allergic reactions causing welts and difficulty breathing. Until we could figure out what was triggering these reactions in her, I bought this as a shampoo and body wash (I still use a separate conditioner as my daughter has extremely long hair that is naturally wavy and tends to tangle very easily). I wanted a product with absolutely no triggers or anything that could be considered harmful. I am happy with it and she is too. It smells really nice as compared to some "organic" products that smell awful that you hate to use. Because I am using another hypo-allergenic conditioner (not of this brand) we haven't had any issues with tangling. I recommend always using a separate conditioner unless you have a boy with short hair. Otherwise, yeah, you're going to have tangles. That is a no brainer.
