She can’t get enough, her favorite breakfast, she actually looks forward to it in the mornings, it’s been a tough year with her cancer but I’d like to say special k cured her because she is so happy eating her cereal.

I try to stay away from "healthy" cereal. I think most people do because they lack taste or have fruits. Who wants fruits in cereal? However, I have bought this one countless of times. For me, this has just the right amount of sweetness and I'll have a bowl of this as a dessert replacement. That's how tasty I find it. I have tried other flavors from Special K but this has always been my favorite one.

Good texture crunchy, thought it would be healthy cereal, but they have added sugar to the flakes. really dissappointed. it was not like this before.i can tolerate tasteless but sugar is a big no. they have not mentioned it at all> if they did i cant find it.
