This is a good light roast coffee. Veryvfresh and perfect for mornings! To my unrefined tastebuds, they ( loosly) feel like Lavazza Rossa's light roasted cousin. Though Rossa is more chocolaty ( as its a medium roast) while odd coffee light roast is more milky. What pleasantly surprised me were the grind sizes. I bought it for moka pot and normally, if you request roasters moka pot grind, they will give you expresso grind instead which leads to burnt coffee. Not odd coffe roasters. Their coffee grind were near to what I would grind for myself.

I tried this Light Roast out of curiosity, and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The flavor was clean and balanced — definitely a light roast done right. It’s a great option if you want to sample specialty coffee without spending too much.

This was one of the only few light roast coffee beans available on Amazon, so i had to try them out. First some positives I'd like to point out, the batch of beans i got has a pretty even and consistent roast all around. The bean quality seems fine, nothing to write home about. Now for the negatives, the biggest offense is that the beans i received were at least 1 month old. The package has no mention of roast date, variety or the source, the label vaguely states "date" which happens to be last month, it is left for the customer to interpret whether that is the 'roast date' or the 'pkg date'. If you are expected to pay north of 500 for 250 grams, the bare minimum for a company serious about selling good coffee should be delivering the coffee Fresh and providing details on its traceability. Apart from that the coffee tastes fine black, it is palatable, it tastes like slightly unripe grapes and citrusy berries. It was also fine when i had it with dairy/milk. Satisfactory but there is definitely room for improvement.

The beans were fresh and nice aroma. Roasted light as promised and very high quality too. Used these to brew pour over manually and wow was amazed by the value for money deal! Probably the best coffee roasters on Amazon
