Good product. But the color of the flour is dark and makes the roti gey even when.very small quantity is mixed to atta. Not yet tested the effect of this product on diabatis.

Taste is bitter compare to other same product. This is reddish in colour instead of white flour.

I had high expectations for this jackfruit flour, but unfortunately, it turned out to be a huge disappointment. Unlike other brands I’ve used before, this one was extremely bitter and had a terrible smell, making it almost impossible to consume. My wife was so put off by the strong, unpleasant odor that she was ready to throw it away. The biggest issue is the color—it is light brown instead of the usual off-white, which suggests that it was made from overripe jackfruit rather than raw, mature fruit. A proper jackfruit flour should be pale white in color to mix well with wheat flour, but this one is completely unsuitable for that purpose. Taste-wise, it was sour, which further confirms that it was made from overripe fruit. Raw jackfruit flour should have a neutral taste, not an overpowering sourness. Additionally, the smell was unpleasant, indicating damage or fermentation, rather than the mild, neutral scent expected from a high-quality product. If you’re looking for jackfruit flour for its health benefits, especially for diabetics, this is not the right choice. Overripe jackfruit contains more carbohydrates and sugars, defeating the purpose of using it as a healthy alternative. Overall, this product is not worth the money. The quality is far from what was advertised, and it does not match the images shown by the supplier. I would not recommend buying it.

EXCELLENT Product. Finely ground so easy to swallow with water. Mixing with Atta for Rotis did not make sense as it changed the quality & texture of the Rotis.

Good for health.  The product is supplied by the seller in ordinary cover. Being a food product, it should be supplied in bottles(air-tight).
