    It's a good muesli..no added sugar in it..it's crunchy n tastes very fresh..can be consumed as such without milk as a snack as well...the container is made of cardboard so dats great as well..overall a good buy..

    Don't be fooled by the photo on the can that clearly shows an assortment of dried fruits and nuts. Barely any and only meager, thinly sliced almonds (unlike chunks in Baggry's brand) and possibly some figs. No raisins or other fruits and nuts as advertised on the can. Also. "No Sugar Added " is highly misleading. Read the nutritional information carefully and you will find 8.4 grams per 100 gram serving. Compare this to regular Baggry's muesli and you will find that even the regular Baggry's contains not much more sugar. And Baggry's contains far more fruit and nuts relative to this True Elements brand and is also far tastier. True elements is utilizing misleading means to dupe customers. They are counting on the FSSAI not taking them to task. Typical "chalta hai" mentality. Best to avoid.

    Product is good but while using this in milk, my stomach got upset coz flax seeds combined with milk may cause diarrhea to some people. After removing flax seeds, the product is good. It's 100 % sugar-free.

    I'm trying to eat better and cut down sugar as much as possible. This is an interesting combination for muesli - I've never had pumpkin seeds and flax seeds in my muesli before. However, it is really satisfying and for someone with a sweet tooth like me, I didn't miss added sugar, as the interesting textures and tastes made up for it. Also, it is value for money, and the packaging is sturdy as well. After reading reviews here, I presume the preservatives they use are healthier as well. The manufacturing date was March, 2019, so kudos to Amazon for delivering fresh products.

    Even though without sugar i liked the taste. It is healthier breakfast and snack option for me. Tastes Best when added more fresh fruits to it. Flax seed is only absorbed by body in ground form so it would have been better not to put whole flax seeds. Plus the container could have been airtight.

    Remember, it has no sugar so it's not sweet. You add fruits, dahi and honey for a good wholehearted breakfast. You add a little bit of nourish organics gronola and that will make your bowl just brilliant! Good muesli, healthy choice for those looking to reduce their sugar intake. They have some cornflakes mixed in as well, not a big fan but the quantity is low so they are bearable. Enjoy, these are safe and healthy!
