Super fresh Bajra Atta and great at taste. Blindly buy it. Perfectly makes Bajra Bhakri and when you make it you will get the strong feeling that it does not maida. This is because when you make the Bhakri (Indian pan cake) and you break in half then you will find that it does not have the elasticity which a maida flour would have. I love Two Brothers products. I hope they are helping the farming community to grow and provide us with great products. The color of product is yellow and absolutely clean. One observation - The product may have a small packet of silica (sealed packet) and this is to ensure moisture is removed. Please remove this packet to avoid accidently consuming it. It is very clearly visible inside the main product package. I used this product along with my protein shake as it has complex carbohydrate and low glycemic. Love it.
